The John Doe was found on June 17, 1987 in Maricopa County, AZ after getting into a vehicle accident along Interstate 10. A duffle bag found in the car had the name "Brian Moore" on it and an address in Palmetto, FL. The owner of the car was also present and survived the accident. They advised authorities that the John Doe was picked up hitchhiking along Interstate 10 in Houston, TX and mentioned that he was traveling from Pensacola, FL and to city in California, possibly Los Angeles. The John Doe is a white male, possibly with some Hispanic or Asian admixture and estimated to be between the ages of 15-17. He had a tattoo on his upper right chest of an unknown design. The image above is a sketch of what the victim looked like in life and was created by an artist with the Maricopa Medical Examiner’s Office (M.E. Case Number 87-1137).
